Get set for an adventure of a life time! This 10 day Outback Tour Has it All.  Starting in Adelaide you will meet your new family for the next 10 days including your experienced and enthusiastic guide.  You will head up through the spectacular Flinders ranges where you will get a chance to get a glimpse at the rear Yellow Footed Rock Wallaby as well as mobs of kangaroos and emus.  You will even get to ride a camel!  Walk up into the magical Wilpena Pound and look into this amazing natural amphitheatre.

From the flinders you will head along the famous Oodnadatta track toward where you will get to check out Lake Eyre, the largest salt lake in Australia, and Williams Creek, the Smallest town in South Australia with the most famous pub (don’t forget to take a business card or old ID card).  From here Coober Pedy is just around the corner, a small opal mining town where the locals live underground!  You will be taken on a tour of an old opal mine and to see an underground house.

From here you really go off the general track, heading through the majestic painted dessert into the Simpson Desert.  This is where the adventure really starts!  Swim in the spectacular Dalhousie Hot springs (winter) / Erlinga Waterhole (summer). Visit the famous pink Oodnadatta roadhouse. See Finke, an aboriginal community, and stand in the very centre of Australia!

From here you will head up to Uluru for a cultural walk around the base.  You will get to experience sunset, and sunrise at the Rock.  Visit Kata Tjuta and walk the Valley of the Wind.  See the wonders of Kings Canyon, it’s a view you will never forget (once you have made it up Heart Attack Hill!!).

On your way to your final destination, Alice Springs, you will wind your way through the Western Macdonnell Ranges.  This is promised to be 10 of the best days you will ever experience in your life.
