We will beat it! If there is anything you can see online that appears more expensive than other prices we want to know about it! We will match or beat any like for like product on our consumer site. That’s our guarantee to you, to ‘fight for a fair deal for the traveller’

Question : Do I need Travel Insurance?
Answer :
Peterpans recommends all travelers have valid Travel insurance prior to travel. In particular for circumstances out of control such as weather, Travel Insurance will make sure you are not subject to hefty cancellation fees. Peterpans can assist in adding this to your package, please contact info@peterpans.com with your details and we can organize this for you
Question : What If I don’t use a product or accommodation I have purchased?
Answer :
Bookings that are ‘un-used’ will fall under the same terms and conditions as a customer cancellation. Accommodation and transport are non refundable, non transferable items.
Question : What is an extra cost?
Answer :
An extra cost is something you will pay direct to the tour or hostel upon arrival. This is generally for National Park fees, or insurance levy’s. These are noted on our consumer site and also on your purchased voucher to remind you. Most of Peterpans trips are ‘All Inclusive’ meaning no extra fees will need to be paid.
Question : What age group are Peterpans tours and accommodation options aimed at?
Answer :
Peterpans trips and accommodation options cater for a variety of customers in mind. Most tours and backpacker accommodation are marketed to 18-35 year old budget travelers. However, in many cases Peterpans can offer perfect solutions for older adventure travelers, and also families and couples. Question : Is BYO alcohol allowed on tours, sailing trips and in accommodation?
Answer :
Generally most trips in Australia encourage a friendly quiet drink to celebrate your amazing day. You may wish to call and confirm that alcohol is allowed before purchasing alcohol for a trip. Some travel vouchers will state BYO alcohol, which means you can Bring Your Own alcohol on that trip. Hostels in Australia discourage drinking in their rooms. We recommend you learn the house rules when checking into hostels during your trip. Drinking alcohol on transport is prohibited.
Question : Should I confirm my reservation before I start my trip?
Answer :
Peterpans strongly recommends you follow your travel voucher instructions and re-confirm your booking 48hours before you are due to depart. Our travel suppliers may require additional information from you like dietary requirements, where you’re staying prior to departure, if you need a sleeping bag etc.
Question : How much luggage can I take on my trip?
Answer :
Generally if you are embarking on a trip between 1- 5 days and returning to the same place you departed from then the luggage limit is 7kg restricted to a small backpack and a handbag. You will need to leave the rest of your luggage in your hostel’s luggage storage room. If you are going on any Outback or West Coast adventure luggage will be restricted to 15kg.

Question : Once I purchase my travel vouchers who can I contact for booking assistance?
Answer :
Peterpans Adventure Travel have dedicated staff who look after online enquiries. You can send us a message and we'll assist you with your booking. Peterpans has 16 retail travel shops around Australia, if you need anything at all you will have the best after sales support network in Australia
Question : Can I postpone my trip?
Answer :
In some cases we may be able to cancel your booking with our suppliers and postpone your trip for a future date. However if you need to cancel within 14 days tour operators may state in their conditions that they will charge cancellation fees. Peterpans Adventure Travel strongly recommends cancellation travel insurance for your booking to cover you for unforseen circumstances.
Question : If I purchase a travel voucher and my plans change can I change my trip or get a refund?
Answer :
All purchases are final and you will need to agree to our terms and conditions before confirming your order. This states that we can transfer open dated vouchers for $30 to another product. Our travel vouchers are non-refundable. If you request a refund we will charge 50%.
Question : If I purchase a packages can I travel in reverse direction?
Answer :
Yes . Our packages are made up on individual travel vouchers, which can be used in any order. You may want to travel our itinerary in reverse or you may want to complete your package over a number of short trips.
Question : How long are the travel vouchers I purchase valid for?
Answer :
All travel vouchers purchased are valid 12 months from the date of purchase.
Question : I’m not sure when I want to travel. Can I purchase travel vouchers without making a booking?
Answer :
Yes.You can purchase a package or multiple travel vouchers and keep them open dated. Open dated tickets usually require a booking to be made 10 – 14 days outside your intended travel date.Details for you to make booking will appear on the voucher you purchase
